Entry Fees

1 – 4 entries = £190 plus VAT each entry

5 – 10 entries = £180 plus VAT each entry

11 – 20 entries = £170 plus VAT each entry

21+ entries = £160 plus VAT each entry


Duty Stamps

Tasting Awards = £60 plus VAT

Design and Packaging Awards = £30 plus VAT

Note: Duty Stamps are £30 each and two stamps are required for an entry into the Tasting Awards as you must send two bottles. 

Duty Stamps must be added to your basket during the entry process by 'Adding another item' or you can log in after you have entered ad add them separately. Any bottles that arrive without the required duty stamps and that have not been purchased during the entry process may be frozen at our warehouse and miss the judging dates.  

Awards Dinner

Individual ticket = £225 plus VAT

Table of 10 = 2000 plus VAT

Table of 11 = £2200 plus VAT

Table of 12 - £2400 plus VAT


3,000 stickers (3 rolls) = £300 plus VAT

6,000 stickers (6 rolls) = £540 plus VAT

9,000 stickers (9 rolls) = £720 plus VAT

12,000 stickers (12 rolls) = £840 plus VAT


VAT is payable on UK orders. EU orders are exempt upon provision of the VAT number. No VAT is payable for countries outside of the EU. UK VAT is currently 20%.


Payment terms for invoices are strictly 15 days (or prior to judging if sooner). Please note that if payment or proof of payment is not received prior to judging then products will be removed from the competition. Agile Media Ltd takes no responsibility for the returning of any spirits received on this basis.

 An administration fee of £20 will be applied to those requiring invoices where the total net value is less than £500. Cheques should be made payable to Agile Media Ltd.
